David B. Wade has been a commercial real estate appraiser with Cook, Moore & Associates since 1997. He has a MBA with a Concentration in Finance and a BS in Electrical Engineering, both from Louisiana State University. As an Associate Appraiser with the appraisal firm of Cook, Moore & Associates, he has performed appraisals of a wide range of commercial properties with emphasis on restaurants and proposed residential subdivision developments.
Born in 1956, he has been married to Marie for over 20 years.
